In this episode, I share the reason why you need to protect your time. First, you need clarity about your happiness, then you need a plan, and lastly you need to honour yourself and take that time for you.


In 2016 and 2017, I spent my days people pleasing, and procrastinating my health. It left me burnt out and overwhelmed. In 2018, I set some rules about how the day would go and what my health and business goals would be.


I’ve upset some people along the way, but energetically, I feel alive this year. I want the same for you.
